Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely updates, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and principles, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend business meetings.
