Job Summary:
Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely updates, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and principles, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
