We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at VirginPulse. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including shipments, as requested and ensure that mail is sent out each day.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes to the appropriate department or individuals.
- Assemble informational materials or packets as requested.
- Operate Postage Meter, Inserter machine and document scanners.
- Maintain warehouse equipment/supplies.
- Organize and maintain file room/basement including cleaning (mop, sweep, dust) area.
- Make daily courier runs.
- Maintain outside patio area, stock janitorial closet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Prior mailroom, general office or warehouse clerk experience a plus.
- Accurate data entry skills (40 wpm).
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using mailroom equipment and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
