About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at VirginPulse. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including shipments, as requested and ensure that mail is sent out each day.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes to the appropriate department or individuals.
  • Assemble informational materials or packets as requested.
  • Operate Postage Meter, Inserter machine and document scanners.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment/supplies.
  • Organize and maintain file room/basement including cleaning (mop, sweep, dust) area.
  • Make daily courier runs.
  • Maintain outside patio area, stock janitorial closet.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior mailroom, general office or warehouse clerk experience a plus.
  • Accurate data entry skills (40 wpm).
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using mailroom equipment and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
