Administrative Support Specialist

At IFG - International Financial Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple levels of management, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing business expenses.
About the Role
The Administrative Support Specialist will perform a variety of complex administrative functions, including managing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. The role will also involve procuring goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies, and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules for multiple levels of management and external business partners
Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of overall experience in administrative support, proficiency in MSFT suite, and experience with calendar support and management. Strong attention to detail, flexibility in adapting to new tasks, and excellent customer service skills are also essential.
