Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to bankers, helping manage their daily tasks.
- Assist with overflow duties and offer additional support to the administrative team.
- Handle scheduling, emails, and calendar management, with a focus on coordinating with bankers who frequently travel.
- Assist with document preparation, using Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Coordinate ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the bankers and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Experience: +3 years of administrative experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Personal Attributes: Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
