Administrative Support Specialist

The AOP Associate at Crescent Solutions plays a vital role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, including client inquiries, meeting coordination, and reporting. This position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist a select portfolio of clients with their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute reports, marketing materials, and other documents.
- Support the Assistant to the CEO in administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience, with new account experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
