Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at RH Community Builders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support services, with a strong focus on organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
