We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and directing project teams to meet customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and direct project teams to meet customer objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure project execution is in accordance with ITAC's quality and safety standards

Leadership and Communication

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports

Technical Expertise

  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of mechanical construction and project management
  • Apply technical expertise to resolve project-related issues and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of ITAC's business strategy and growth plans
Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
  • 5+ years of multidiscipline project management experience
  • Expected annual PM responsibilities up to $2.5M+
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Check-out, commissioning, startup experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with scheduling tools/techniques (MS Project and/or Primavera)
  • Procore experience, preferred
