Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Softworld, a Kelly Company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, analysts, and technical staff.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet the required quality standards, including adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, including project status, progress, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in project management, including experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cloud Implementations: Experience with cloud implementations, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Experience with Project Management Software: Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project Professional.
  • Experience with ITIL Foundations: Experience with ITIL foundations and certification.
