Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team at Steve's Hometown Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales revenue through effective customer retention strategies, CRM management, and sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase sales revenue and customer loyalty
  • Manage and optimize sales processes in our CRM tool to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with sales consultants to set appointments, communicate with customers, and drive sales conversions
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Professional and positive attitude with strong phone skills
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Valid driver's license

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Relocation bonus potential up to $5,000
