Position Overview

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor for our operations. Our ongoing success and future expansion are deeply rooted in the commitment of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a timely manner
  • Gather essential customer and vehicle details
  • Accurately communicate all vehicle issues as described by the client
  • Assess and suggest necessary maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Set follow-up appointments
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day, providing regular updates to customers
  • Ensure the final invoice aligns with the services rendered on the repair order
  • Clarify all completed services and associated costs to clients

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Demonstrated history of achieving outstanding Customer Satisfaction
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant, preferably with manufacturer experience
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Aiming for a long-term career with a progressive organization
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory
  • Exemplary personal and professional integrity
