Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager, Commercial Lines to join our team at RRC. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, delivering premium solutions, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring timely resolution of claims and policy changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy renewals, and claims support, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing proactive solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing regular reviews to assess their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in commercial lines, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Previous experience working with AMS360 or Epic is a plus, with strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Insurance experience required, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products and services.
  • CA P&C license, with the ability to obtain other licenses as required.
