The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers and driving new revenue opportunities. With a hunting license for a defined list of customers, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and leverage Five9's products and services to deliver exceptional results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the Five9 team.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored approaches to capitalize on them.
  • Upsell additional Five9 products or services to existing customers, focusing on AI offerings to improve efficiency in the Contact Center.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position Five9 as a leader and differentiate our offerings.
