Salesforce Sales Leader for Enterprise Team

At Salesforce, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to join our Enterprise team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue growth and drive sales performance within our Enterprise segment. As a Sales Leader, you will be accountable for leading a team of sales professionals, developing their skills, and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR, to ensure seamless collaboration and orchestration. Your focus will be on driving outstanding business results and first-class employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Regularly report on team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry or segment
- A strong background in leading sales teams, with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
