A challenging opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled and ambitious sales professional to join Aon PLC's Cyber Solutions team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader. With a focus on large corporations, this role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record of establishing and developing new client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue by understanding client needs and identifying matching solutions. As part of a global company with a respected brand and renowned subject matter experts, you will help empower results for our clients by introducing innovative and effective risk management and security solutions.

This is an individual contributor role focused primarily on expanding Aon's Cyber Solutions presence in assigned territories. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new business relationships to expand the client base
  2. Growing Aon's Cyber Solutions presence in assigned territories
  3. Establishing and managing relationships with key buyers through regular meetings and other touch points
  4. Defining and executing a pursuit strategy, including value proposition development, meeting and oral preparation, proposal creation, stakeholder analysis, and competitive assessment
  5. Participating in client meetings to qualify opportunities and validate our value proposition
  6. Understanding clients' needs and sharing these insights with the team
  7. Understanding the market and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies
  8. Developing collaborative relationships with Cyber Solutions colleagues to enable team selling

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. Demonstrated success in advisory/consulting services sales and/or business development
  2. Experience as an individual contributor meeting individual targets
  3. Track record of establishing and developing new client relationships
  4. Ability to travel
