Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and organization within the rapidly expanding AI security market. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, influence product direction, and help define the future of AI security.
Lakera is on a mission to ensure AI does what we want it to do. Our team empowers security teams and builders so that their businesses can adopt AI technologies and unleash the next phase of intelligent computing.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of sales experience, selling to enterprise and midmarket companies, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new logos and develop innovative sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Evaluate market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate overarching plans into focused sales initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Navigate complex sales, meaning multiple stakeholders, pilots, and some technical complexity.
- Lead the expansion of our market presence by identifying new customer segments and potential use cases.
- Shape product roadmaps and features based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Enhance the sales methodology by integrating insights into playbooks, templates, and best practices.
Compensation: The total compensation package includes a salary of $150,000 per year, equity, comprehensive health insurance, 401k plan, paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, wellness, and commuter benefits.
