About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Management Sales team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday's Solutions, driving new business growth, and orchestrating complex sales cycles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions experience, and a self-starter attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Senior Account Executives in driving complex sales cycles through internal teams.
- Use effective selling strategies to position Workday as a viable cloud partner choice.
- Employ experience to lead, coach, and mentor a field sales team for assigned territories.
Requirements
- ~2+ years of field sales management experience as a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition.
- Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions, cultivating relationships with partners and alliances.
- Managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of revenue/quota attainment.
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment.
Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000. As part of our comprehensive benefits package, you may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. We also offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs while being intentional about time spent together as a team.
