Job Summary:
We're looking for a strategic leader who can drive enterprise sales growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the fintech industry. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive enterprise sales growth and expansion
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise merchants and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and technical solutions, to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and align sales initiatives with broader company objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise-level merchant sales
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

About the Role:
This is a hybrid or remote role and will report into the Chief Commercial Officer based in the Bay Area. The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
