Strategic Sales Enterprise Leader

About the Role
As a Sales Director at Afresh Technologies, Inc., you will be responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales efforts with large grocers throughout the US. You'll identify and articulate how Afresh can unlock significant value for their business.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute all aspects of the sales cycle while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers at various grocers.
- Manage complex sales cycles, guiding customers through every aspect of the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Pursue new clients, develop product presentations, and create tailored proposals.
- Gain a deep understanding of Afresh's product, competitive landscape, the grocery market, and customer needs and pain points.
A successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
- At least 5 years of direct SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling complex technological or SaaS-based systems in enterprise-level partnerships to VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- A proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements with C-suite executives.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly during deal processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data-driven forecasting abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, working effectively in ambiguous environments and adapting to change.
Afresh Technologies, Inc. offers a highly competitive compensation package, including cash compensation, equity, and benefits. We conduct regular pay equity audits to ensure fairness across similar roles. The final compensation for this position will be based on factors such as scope, complexity, internal equity, and success through the interview process.
Total Compensation (Salary plus On-Target Earnings): Approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a base salary and potential bonuses tied to performance targets.
