Our client, a reputable and long-standing private home care agency, is seeking a proactive Healthcare Sales Executive. This external sales role is crucial for enhancing business referrals and broadening the client network.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with essential decision-makers, including hospital social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
  • Collaborate with senior care facilities to boost home care referrals.
  • Strategically identify and implement methods to grow our client base and meet sales objectives.
  • Professionally represent the organization and effectively communicate our services to potential clients and referral sources.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in building and maintaining relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and senior care facilities.
  • Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a strategic mindset for driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel, as this is an external sales position.
