Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project milestones.
  • Efficiently allocating resources to optimize project execution.
  • Ensuring project quality and efficiency in alignment with established standards.
  • Selecting and managing subcontractors while coordinating their activities.
  • Conducting regular safety audits to uphold safety protocols.
  • Preparing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety codes.
  • Tracking project progress and financial expenditures.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • A minimum of four years in construction site management or a comparable position.
  • Preferred certifications such as those from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality benchmarks, along with sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
