Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
- Developing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project milestones.
- Efficiently allocating resources to optimize project execution.
- Ensuring project quality and efficiency in alignment with established standards.
- Selecting and managing subcontractors while coordinating their activities.
- Conducting regular safety audits to uphold safety protocols.
- Preparing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety codes.
- Tracking project progress and financial expenditures.
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
- A minimum of four years in construction site management or a comparable position.
- Preferred certifications such as those from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).
- In-depth knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality benchmarks, along with sound decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
