Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, schedule appointments, and effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and market relevant products and services.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop sales strategies, and maintain a strong work ethic to drive success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the agency's team to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Success in Sales: A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent ability to effectively relate to customers and understand their needs.
  • Insurance License: Possession of a Property & Casualty license.
