Lead Client Partnership Manager

Position Summary:
In this position, you will operate autonomously with minimal oversight to deliver dedicated service for a significant Enterprise Account. You will collaborate with the Client Executive to enhance contract engagement and implement effective solutions.
Your role will involve identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain framework, boosting the utilization of supply chain contracts and programs, and recommending products and solutions tailored to meet client needs. Your primary focus areas will encompass medical/surgical, pharmacy, laboratory, human resources, purchased services, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of contracts to ensure maximum value is derived from the member account strategy by monitoring savings, reporting, and resolving issues.
Maintain Esri's competitive edge and reputation as a trusted advisor by keeping members informed about industry trends and relevant Esri capabilities.
Collaborate with product advisors to ensure members leverage tools effectively to maximize value and utilize insights to support their strategic plans.
Identify and execute opportunities, including the signing of Letters of Credit (LOCs) and Letters of Participation (LOPs), documenting savings in the savings plan.
Ensure members are fully utilizing Esri's analytical tools through educational initiatives.
Prepare and present monthly reports detailing savings opportunities.
Qualifications:
A relevant degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in category management, sourcing, or supply chain is preferred.
Experience working with complex healthcare or hospital clients with multiple locations is preferred.
Strong client-facing skills and prior experience in group presentations are essential.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively resolve conflicts.
Proficiency in advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
Willingness to travel is necessary.
