Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between BetaNXT and its clients. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for growth to enhance revenue, ensure client retention, and promote upselling. The Client Relationship Manager fosters deep connections with clients, gaining insights into their business objectives, strategies, organizational frameworks, and technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the Client:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's strategic goals.
  • Familiarize with the client's products, third-party interfaces, and overall business model, including ancillary offerings and technologies.
  • Assess the client's vendor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for relationship building with key stakeholders (CEO, CIO, SVP, EVP, etc.).
  • Participate in client conferences as required.

Relationship Management:

  • Ensure mutual understanding of the engagement model between the client and BetaNXT.
  • Facilitate executive meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Address escalation points from both the client and BetaNXT perspectives.
  • Oversee engagement logistics, including team members, meeting frequency, and reporting.
  • Support daily client interactions and touchpoints.

Internal Reporting and Communication:

  • Advocate for the voice of the customer within BetaNXT to enhance satisfaction and success.
  • Influence the BetaNXT roadmap based on client strategy.
  • Communicate the overall client relationship status to BetaNXT.
  • Provide essential data to accurately reflect the health of client relationships.
  • Escalate identified client concerns or risks to the appropriate BetaNXT leadership.
  • Document and distribute notes from client engagements, including action items and objectives.

Business Development:

  • Identify and manage potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage clients regarding new BetaNXT offerings.
  • Explore new partnership opportunities with Motive.
  • Recognize upsell opportunities that align with the client's strategic needs.
  • Ensure clients effectively utilize BetaNXT solutions and recommend operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account or Relationship Management, with a solid grasp of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the BetaNXT product suite.
  • In-depth understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to devise and implement effective strategies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Capability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
