Position Summary:

In this position, you will operate autonomously with minimal oversight to deliver exceptional service for a significant Enterprise Account. Collaborating closely with the Client Executive, you will work to enhance contract engagement and implement effective solutions.

Your role will involve identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, boosting the use of supply chain contracts and programs, and recommending products and solutions tailored to meet client needs. Key areas of focus will include medical/surgical supplies, pharmacy, laboratory services, human resources, purchased services, and facilities management.



Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the implementation of contracts to ensure optimal value from the member account plan by monitoring savings, generating reports, and resolving issues.

- Maintain Esri's competitive edge and reputation as a trusted advisor by keeping members informed about industry trends and relevant Esri capabilities.

- Collaborate with product advisors to ensure members effectively utilize tools that maximize value, using insights to support member strategies.

- Identify and execute opportunities, including the signing of Letters of Credit/Letters of Proposal, confirming savings documentation, and maintaining records in the savings plan.

- Educate members on maximizing the use of Esri analytics tools.

- Prepare and present monthly reports detailing savings opportunities.


Qualifications:
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in category management, sourcing, or supply chain is preferred.
- Background in working with complex healthcare or hospital clients with multiple locations is advantageous.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience in group presentations are essential.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple deadlines and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
- Candidates must be willing to travel.
