Overview

As the Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to Gallagher's clients by proactively managing client accounts.

Your involvement in branch initiatives will be crucial, and we will depend on your leadership abilities to guide our Client Service associates and foster a learning atmosphere.

You will leverage your business acumen and unwavering commitment to service to deepen our client relationships.

We expect you to nurture and develop exceptional relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will serve as the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, overseeing increasingly complex self-funded accounts while collaborating with senior colleagues.
You will identify clients' daily needs and offer solutions while managing their annual strategies.
By sharing market insights with clients, you will keep them informed of compliance-related matters.
You will facilitate collaboration with clients to communicate available resources within Gallagher that may not currently be utilized (such as Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.).
You will advocate for Gallagher's resources and tools to enhance efficiency in managing client deliverables.
Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a smooth renewal process, with a retention target of 95%.
Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources.
Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in both internal and external partnerships, aligning with the account management team to maintain compliance with local and corporate standards.
Complete internal professional development programs to gain insights into the insurance industry and GBS processes.

About You

Required:


A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.

1+ years of supervisory experience.
Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:
Previous knowledge of the insurance industry and experience managing client relationships.
Strong financial acumen.

Behaviors:
Proficient in utilizing technology to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage others in consultative discussions.
Effectively manage and balance multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
