About the Role:

Our client growth teams are committed to assisting potential clients in solving problems, addressing challenges, and pursuing business expansion by identifying needs that Sikich can fulfill. Professionals in this position possess extensive knowledge of business solutions and their application to middle-market and enterprise-level organizations. Sikich's client growth professionals excel in engaging with prospects both in-person and remotely to address inquiries and concerns. They are adept at building relationships, managing multiple ongoing opportunities, and ensuring thorough follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze key markets and target clients for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Develop strategies in collaboration with marketing, aligned with segment and priority objectives to acquire new clients and achieve revenue goals.
  • Engage, consult, and sell services to C-level executives and management for prospective new business clients.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Sikich services.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach to the sales process.
  • Work closely with prospects to understand their business, identify needs, and determine how we can best support their objectives.
  • Interact with potential clients through telephone, electronic communication, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and lead generation within the professional services sector.
  • BA/BS in business or extensive knowledge of business solutions.
  • A business development mindset with a proven track record of sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Driven and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply industry expertise effectively throughout the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—capable of conveying what matters and asking the right questions to uncover optimal solutions.
