Position Summary:
The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between BetaNXT Inc and its clientele. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and uncovering avenues for revenue enhancement, client retention, and upselling opportunities. The individual in this position will cultivate profound relationships with clients, gaining insights into their business operations, strategic objectives, organizational frameworks, and technological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding the Client:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's strategic direction.
- Familiarize oneself with the client's product offerings and third-party integrations, along with their overall business model.
- Assess the client's vendor relationships.
- Identify potential relationship-building opportunities with key stakeholders (e.g., CEO, CIO, SVP, EVP).
- Participate in client conferences as necessary.
Relationship Management:
- Ensure clarity in the engagement model between the client and BetaNXT.
- Organize and lead executive meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Address escalation points from both the client and BetaNXT perspectives.
- Oversee engagement dynamics, including team members, meeting frequency, and reporting.
- Support daily client interactions and communications.
Internal Reporting and Communication:
- Act as the voice of the customer within BetaNXT to enhance client satisfaction and success.
- Provide strategic insights to influence the BetaNXT product roadmap.
- Communicate the overall health of client relationships to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver essential data to accurately reflect client relationship status.
- Escalate any identified client concerns or risks to the appropriate BetaNXT leadership.
- Document and share notes from client engagements, including action items and objectives.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Engage clients regarding new BetaNXT offerings.
- Explore new partnership opportunities with Motive.
- Recognize upselling opportunities that align with the client's strategic needs.
- Ensure clients effectively utilize BetaNXT solutions and recommend operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account or Relationship Management, with a solid grasp of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster and maintain relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the BetaNXT product suite.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Significant experience in achieving results in a fast-paced business environment.
