The individual will take charge of client relationship management, ensuring a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention. Candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and strong presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue potential new clients to convert opportunities into business growth.
- Engage in networking activities to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough research to understand and connect with prospective clients.
- Facilitate meetings between client stakeholders and Nagel leadership, including subject matter experts.
- Develop tailored proposals that address client needs and objectives as identified through RFPs or direct interactions.
- Effectively manage objections by clarifying points of agreement and navigating differences toward a constructive resolution.
- Represent the company in a manner that reflects the client's values and expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Introduce innovative solutions and services to strengthen existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.
- Organize and engage in client debrief sessions to gather insights and feedback.
- Participate in governance activities for key client accounts.
Strategic Business Development
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to gather market intelligence and trends.
- Consult with leadership on market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at increasing new business prospects.
- Utilize market knowledge to create unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators.
Management and Analysis
- Maintain accurate data records and sales forecasts.
- Monitor account activities and assist in closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure timely completion of prerequisites for vendor qualifications.
- Support team members in representing the company positively.
- Conduct research to gain a comprehensive understanding of Nagel's capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively across functions to uncover new opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships throughout the sales process.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the architecture industry and target markets relevant to Nagel Services.
