Job Overview

The role of the Client Relations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services at Beautiful Cleaning. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively supervise, mentor, and train staff while maintaining exceptional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update Client Work Orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support and manage Lead Cleaners across various locations.
  • Monitor daily performance of cleaning staff, addressing attendance and disciplinary matters as necessary.
  • Engage directly with the Client Relations Manager to discuss any building-related issues or requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Facilitate preventative maintenance and training for new and existing employees.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all business dealings.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to upholding a positive company image.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Employment Details:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $45,760.00 annually
  • Benefits include mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and training.
