Position Overview

We are eager to welcome a Strategic Partnerships Manager to our dynamic team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing Alliance and Sales visibility and driving revenue through our partnerships. Key responsibilities encompass monitoring partner funding, managing the joint partner pipeline, executing demand generation initiatives, reporting on Sales Metrics influenced by Alliances, nurturing Alliance relationships, and offering training and support to the sales team. You will act as a vital link between Sales, Alliances, and Marketing within Concurrency, utilizing your innovative approach to refine Alliance and Sales processes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Alliance Management:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Ensure all clients are linked with licensed consumption PAL/CPOR through Sales and Delivery collaboration.
  • Facilitate solution assessment opportunities in partnership with Microsoft and ServiceNow representatives on targeted accounts.
  • Work with HC and Delivery to achieve necessary certifications and advanced specializations for customer incentive programs.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on Alliance funding, Microsoft leads, and active pipeline.
  • Sales Support:
  • Utilize existing and cultivate new relationships within the Microsoft and ServiceNow partner ecosystem to drive strategic alliances.
  • Leverage your experience to enhance the company's partner network.
  • Lead strategic meetings for key accounts between MS Account teams and Concurrency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track funding requests and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Provide training and support to Account Executives regarding the Microsoft ecosystem and funding opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads that convert into sales opportunities through Alliance partnerships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Concurrency's diverse offerings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Alliance teams to follow up on event lead generation and proactively engage in business development to generate new leads.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
  • Travel as needed to attend sales meetings and marketing events.
  • Create and distribute broadcast emails to potential and existing clients.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Oversee Concurrency's partner program portal(s).
  • Manage accurate pipeline integration for Microsoft's Partner Center opportunities.
  • Lead the execution of customer incentive funding proposals and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure collection of partner funds and appropriate revenue treatment.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's and other partners' reporting structures and interrelationships.
  • Ability to identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Demonstrated business development and account management expertise.
  • Experience in the Professional Services Industry and understanding of corporate business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Communication.
  • Experience in customer service or inside sales within the Technical or Professional Services sector.
  • Prior training in Sales Methodology.
