Job Overview

We are partnering with a well-established company in the Construction industry to find a highly skilled Construction Office Admin. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to further their career in the construction industry and work in a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the construction office team, assist with HR, AP, and AR functions, manage office organization and filing systems, communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed, and assist with procurement and inventory management. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the construction office team
• Assisting with HR, AP, and AR functions
• Managing office organization and filing systems
• Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed
• Assisting with procurement and inventory management


In order to be successful in this role, you must possess Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and AR/AP software, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
