About this Role
Job Title:
Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in support of accounting, project transactions, reporting, and tracking for our office.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to undertake a variety of critical office support functions while working diligently under pressure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to operate company ERP software to support A/P, A/R, and payroll functions
Run detailed reports for senior management
Establish and maintain confidential employee files
Purchasing-Card management and coding for multiple employees
Request Certificates of Insurance
Complete customer compliance reporting for general contractor, subcontractor, and DBE spend
All contract, subcontract, and work order billing, including PO position
Month-end close notes to include over/under billing documentation and reconciliation
Monitor Aging Report and support management in collection calls
Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts
New hire processing
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in cost-based Accounting or Bookkeeping
Construction accounting experience preferred
Willingness to work overtime as necessary
Ability to multi-task and track multiple projects, phases, billing cycles, POs, etc. is key
Take on new tasks as customer or office requirements change
High level of organization and ability to work under pressure are critical
Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
Analytical abilities, critical thinking, and aptitude in problem-solving
What We Offer

The salary for this position generally ranges between $70,000 to $100,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $100,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
