Business Office Coordinator

The Business Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the business office, assisting with various tasks such as bookkeeping, record-keeping, and payroll functions. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, developing, and implementing business office goals, policies, and procedures
- Accumulate and maintain accurate reports and statistics
- Perform various bookkeeping functions, including posting payments and charges to resident accounts, balancing daily receipts, and collecting delinquent accounts
- Responsible for resident accounts, including maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with evacuation of residents and support residents during times of crisis
- Communicate and function effectively in an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- 2 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Accounts Payable software experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
