Administrative Assistant with Excellent Client-Facing Skills

The Adams Stove Company is a locally owned retail business in search of a skilled Office Administrative Assistant with a strong desire to work efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, manage and update calendars, contact lists, and customer database
• Coordinate appointments, installations, and various details
• Provide administrative support with copying, typing, faxing, sending and receiving emails
• Document preparation and answering incoming calls
• Receive, sort and deliver incoming mail and packages
Requirements:
• Team player with a positive attitude and retail sales experience
• Previous experience as an Office Administrative Assistant
• Organizational and business skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and be a quick learner
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Versatile computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
