Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Volt. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including office operations, calendar management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and complete expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects, including data entry, document preparation, and research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and external customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with WEBTE and other online administrative tools.
  • Qualified Six Sigma Specialist.
  • Professional presence and phone/reception skills.

Benefits:
Volt offers a competitive salary range of $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law).
