Job Description

Ensitech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, face-to-face visits, and cold calling
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide sales support and training to distribution partners, including product demonstrations and technical support
  • Monitor and report sales performance, including sales volumes and revenues by category
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, including internationally
