As an Area Sales Director, you'll be responsible for building relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. You'll also be responsible for creating and running your own full-time schedule, with no evenings or weekends required. If you're a self-disciplined and goal-oriented individual who enjoys challenges and is seeking a position with unlimited growth potential, we'd love to hear from you Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection.
  • Create and run your own full-time schedule, with no evenings or weekends required.
  • Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
  • Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
  • Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection.
Qualifications:
  • You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.
  • You take initiative and have natural relationship-building skills; you like people, and people like you
  • You take initiative on a daily basis and are usually the hardest worker in the room
  • You are self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy challenges
  • You are seeking a position with unlimited growth potential
  • You are coachable and willing to learn from a proven process & business model
  • You are confident and comfortable making new contacts
  • You set goals and are growth-oriented
We Offer:
  • $70,000 - $125,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
  • A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
  • Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
  • Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)
  • Top-tier training and professional development, including a minimum of 5 days of 1-on-1 field training in your area. Initial training is efficient and effective, leading to a fast start for new agents. Additional professional development opportunities are available weekly, monthly, and quarterly at no cost to the agent
