Area Sales Director

- Create and run your own full-time schedule, with no evenings or weekends required.
- Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.

- You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.

- $70,000 - $125,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
- A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
- Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
- Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)
- Top-tier training and professional development, including a minimum of 5 days of 1-on-1 field training in your area. Initial training is efficient and effective, leading to a fast start for new agents. Additional professional development opportunities are available weekly, monthly, and quarterly at no cost to the agent
