About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending technology solutions to hotels and other hospitality organizations.

As a Strategic Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend technology solutions to hotels and other hospitality organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality industry
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their applications in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
