About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with hospitality organizations, recommending cost-effective solutions to meet their business needs, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hospitality organizations to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the hospitality market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication, account management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and closing large-scale deals
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including procurement processes and decision-making dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
