Role Overview:

The Strategic Account Support Manager plays a crucial role in providing analytical support and frameworks to proactively address challenges affecting our clients' service experiences while identifying growth opportunities through product and service enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver analytics to facilitate profitable expansion.
  • Analyze data to proactively uncover opportunities for improved outcomes through the introduction of pertinent products, services, and process enhancements.
  • Support initiatives aimed at sales growth.
  • Assist in customer retention strategies.
  • Evaluate analytics to narrate insights that introduce innovative solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans to steer significant strategic initiatives.
  • Generate monthly performance dashboards to monitor results by team member to enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on major strategic customer projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Data Analysis or similar roles requiring comparable expertise and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong strategic relationships with leadership and act as a strategic advisor on business-related decisions.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis of extensive data sets to ideate and innovate.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on timely delivery of strategic projects.
  • Capable of working independently, establishing personal priorities and objectives with leadership support.
  • Adept at concentrating on desired outcomes, discerning what is critical and urgent, identifying subsequent steps, and effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive acumen to assess and respond to complex business scenarios with clients.
  • This position is remote and may occasionally require travel.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
