Job Summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is a leading non-profit social service agency seeking a highly skilled Support Services Representative to join our Patient Accounts department in Union City, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional phone support to consumers, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage and maintain the MD/APN schedule, ensuring seamless coordination and minimizing disruptions.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including medical records requests, data entry, and document management.
  • Medical Record Management: Scan and upload documents into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or site Team Leader, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience is essential, with a minimum of two years in a related field.
