Customer Service Representative

At Superior Plus, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Assist customers with their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
