Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our busy customer services team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing full support to our customer base, establishing and maintaining constructive relationships, and delivering service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of customer interactions, including quotations, new orders, cancellations, and billing
- Identify service, retention, and selling opportunities to our customer base
- Take ownership of every customer interaction, ensuring a resolution and delivering customer service excellence
- Liaise with other areas of the business to provide input/solutions to resolve customer queries
- Build immediate rapport and confidence with customers, active listening to understand their reason for contact
- Be accountable for ensuring every customer interaction is handled to a consistent high standard
- Have a high standard of commercial acumen and treat each customer as an individual
- Effectively handle complaints, resolving issues where possible, and escalating where needed
- Operate professionally and efficiently within a large team, committed to delivering exceptional customer experience
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and experienced customer service professional who can demonstrate a natural ability to treat each customer as an individual, being personable and delivering a tailored response. You will have a high standard of commercial acumen and be able to show initiative and resilience during peak and trough periods.
