Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our busy customer services team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing full support to our customer base, establishing and maintaining constructive relationships, and delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of customer interactions, including quotations, new orders, cancellations, and billing
  • Identify service, retention, and selling opportunities to our customer base

  • Liaise with other areas of the business to provide input/solutions to resolve customer queries

  • Effectively handle complaints, resolving issues where possible, and escalating where needed
