Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. We also offer a range of benefits, including subsidized health insurance, retirement savings plan, and free gym membership.
Responsibilities- Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and team management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented team members to drive sales performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness facility or service-oriented management
- Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred
- CPR/AED certification required
