We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role:
  • Make outbound phone calls to target accounts, resulting in 100+ calls per day
  • Bucket prospect interactions for movement along the funnel (e.g., "Not Interested" vs. "Not Now" vs. "Sales Qualified Lead")
  • Arrange and host presentations with Subject Matter Experts and prospects to demo software
  • Own the handoff between interested prospects and the sales team
  • Craft and deploy impactful follow-up messaging to warm prospects
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential new prospects for MCi
  • Partner with Sales, Demand, and Content teams to plan and execute outreach
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and events to book meetings for Sales
  • Build Target Lists through ZoomInfo
  • Input contacts and leads into Salesforce and update them as needed
  • Travel to conferences and attend scheduled in-person events throughout the year
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of experience cold calling successfully
  • 0-3 years of experience in a complex sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills with a wide variety of people
  • Strength in customer service skills
  • Willingness to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Competency in the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Understanding of advanced sales analytics through the use of common CRM platforms
Estimated Salary Range:$70,000-$95,000 per year, based on location and performance.About Management Controls:
