The Role
As a Customer Success Business Growth Specialist, you will drive revenue targets through proactive customer engagement, maintaining, strengthening, and growing business relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to fortify existing revenue streams and secure subscription renewals
- Contribute to sales targets by acquiring new accounts and upselling/cross-selling into existing accounts within assigned regions/account tiers
- Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations; manage deliverables and communicate opportunities to the sales team
- Uncover success stories, document product feedback, relay essential communications directly to customers, and surface opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
- Optimize customer success initiatives, including onboarding and implementation
- Resolve customer requests or secure proper resources, ensuring timely and complete responses
- Analyze data to improve ongoing customer experience and deepen relationships
- Represent the company at industry conferences
- Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Maintain customer records, including activation reports and daily engagement outcomes within HubSpot CRM
Your Qualifications
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and demonstration skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences
- Proven record of meeting KPIs and measuring performance impact
- Strong technology literacy and organizational skills
- Experience with CRMs and collaboration across functions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Prior experience in developing, launching, and scaling onboarding programs, or knowledge of higher education technology market
- Experienced educator, learning experience designer, or instructional technologist
- SaaS customer success, services, account management, and sales experience
Estimate Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
