Key Responsibilities:
The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of civil engineering projects and program development in vertical facilities, water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring administrative oversight throughout design and construction phases while providing supervision and quality assurance for junior engineers. This role includes leading a team of licensed professional engineers specializing in various infrastructure improvements.

  • Establish project delivery protocols and secure necessary regulatory permits.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • Possession of an Oregon Driver's license and compliance with City driving standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with eight years of licensed professional experience, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Professional Civil Engineer License is mandatory.
  • Provide detailed information in your application regarding your experience and qualifications.
Desired Skills:
  • Extensive technical engineering experience relevant to large-scale capital improvement projects.
  • Experience in program-level budgeting.
