Job Summary

Bridgeway Recovery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to oversee our Co-Occurring Outpatient treatment program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services and providing guidance and support to our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive treatment program for individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders.
    • Collaborate with the program director and clinical staff to determine a continuum of care for program participants.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Direct and supervise clinical staff in the provision of client-centered, family-focused, trauma-informed services.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement
    • Review and approve all clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality assurance and quality improvement reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Client Services and Support
    • Assess and evaluate client needs, developing individualized treatment plans to meet those needs.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Manage staff timecards and coordinate staff training and development.
    • Collaborate with referral sources to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in behavioral health or counseling.
  • At least three years of experience in a clinical supervisory role, with a focus on co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and relationships.
