Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing challenging and varying land development projects, leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead a team of experienced engineers and technicians
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Communicate with clients and local and state agencies
  • Attend public hearings
  • Ensure technical accuracy and standard engineering practices
  • Prepare construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Experience in land development design and project management
  • Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
  • PE license is preferred
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Experience in HydroCAD
