Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development/Capture Manager to join our team at Sentar. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for analyzing and researching customers and markets to develop a market entry and customer capture plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research customers and markets to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement bid strategies, pricing targets, and proposal strategies for specific opportunities.
- Support the generation and submission of proposals, including proposal writing and developing BOEs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or significant experience in a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in government contracting.

- Strong understanding of the industry market and trends.
